ANTITRUST LAW
This course aims to provide students with an in-depth understanding of antitrust law, its underlying principles, implications, and applications. It offers a comprehensive study of major U.S. antitrust laws such as the Sherman Act, the Clayton Act, and the Federal Trade Commission Act, as well as a look at the regulatory and enforcement mechanisms. Although the course focuses on U.S. law, it also offers comparative perspectives from EU competition law.
