ENVIRONMENTAL LAW
This advanced course in Environmental Law is designed to explore the intricate relationship between legal systems, societal structures, and our environment. It seeks to deepen students’ understanding of national and international environmental laws and policies, including climate change legislation, biodiversity and wildlife protection, land use and planning, pollution control, environmental justice, and sustainable development.
