This course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the legal and commercial aspects of information technology (IT) transactions. IT transactions involve the transfer of technology and information between parties, and they can include a range of activities such as software licensing, outsourcing, cloud computing, and data processing. This course will focus on the legal and commercial strategies involved in IT transactions, and students will learn how to analyze, negotiate, and draft IT contracts.
