PROJECT FINANCE AND PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS LAW
This advanced law course aims to provide an in-depth understanding of project finance and public-private partnerships (PPPs) within a legal framework. Students will explore the different types of project financing structures, contractual arrangements, and the legal implications associated with both domestic and international projects.
