CRYPTOCURRENCY REGULATION
This course explores the emerging regulatory frameworks for cryptocurrencies, digital assets, and blockchain technology. Students will gain an understanding of the legal issues surrounding cryptocurrency, including regulation of exchanges, initial coin offerings (ICOs), tax implications, privacy issues, and the application of smart contracts. The course will also explore the tensions between decentralized technologies and centralized governance.
