ART, ARTIFACT, ARCHITECTURE AND MUSEUM LAW
This course explores the myriad complex legal issues surrounding art, artifacts, architecture, and museums. The curriculum will delve into the ownership, preservation, and presentation of art, and the complex intersection of law, ethics, and public interest. This course will include topics such as provenance, cultural heritage law, copyright and intellectual property rights, architectural law, and the governance and regulation of museums and other cultural institutions.
