INTERNATIONAL DIMENSIONS OF U.S. SECURITIES LAW
This advanced law course will provide students with an in-depth understanding of the international dimensions of U.S. securities law, focusing on the regulation of cross-border transactions and global securities offerings. It will cover the legal and regulatory framework governing the issuance, trading, and enforcement of securities in the international context.
