TRADEMARK PROTECTION & ENFORCEMENT
This course provides an advanced study of trademark law, with a primary focus on the protection and enforcement mechanisms under various jurisdictions. The course draws on a mix of legal theory and case law to provide a comprehensive understanding of the principles governing trademark registration, protection, infringement, and enforcement. Students will also explore the global dimensions of trademark law, including international treaties and conventions, and the role of international organizations such as the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
