This course provides a comprehensive and hands-on examination of the legal frameworks governing Rules of Origin (ROO) and Tariff Classification, both critical components of international trade regulation and customs compliance. The course focuses on how origin and classification determinations impact market access, tariff liability, trade remedies, trade agreement eligibility (e.g., USMCA, CPTPP, EU FTAs), and trade compliance risk.
