Organizations do not succeed because of strategy alone—they succeed because people can work together effectively to execute strategy. Every business challenge, from innovation and growth to crisis management and organizational change, ultimately depends on human behavior, communication, leadership, trust, motivation, and collaboration.
Organizational Behavior & Team Dynamics is a practical, executive-oriented course designed to help Junior MBA students understand how individuals and teams function within organizations and how managers can build environments that maximize performance, engagement, adaptability, and innovation. Rather than emphasizing abstract psychological theories, the course focuses on the real-world application of behavioral principles to improve organizational effectiveness.
Students will examine how personalities, motivations, emotions, communication styles, leadership approaches, and organizational culture influence workplace performance. They will also explore how high-performing teams are formed, managed, and sustained in increasingly complex, multicultural, and technology-driven business environments. By the conclusion of the course, students will possess a practical understanding of the human side of management and the behavioral skills required to lead organizations successfully.
