This intensive legal training course provides corporate legal and compliance professionals with deep, practical knowledge of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), administered by the U.S. Department of State’s Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC). Participants will explore the legal foundations, classification issues, licensing procedures, compliance responsibilities, and enforcement mechanisms governing the export, re-export, and temporary transfer of defense articles, defense services, and technical data on the United States Munitions List (USML).
