INTERNATIONAL INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
This advanced course on International Intellectual Property (IIP) aims to provide in-depth understanding and critical awareness of the key issues in intellectual property law as it pertains to a global context. The course is designed to equip students with a solid grounding in IP laws across different jurisdictions, the treaties and conventions governing these rights globally, as well as issues pertaining to the enforcement, infringement, and disputes in international intellectual property.
Course Objectives:
