EMPLOYEE PRIVACY LAW
This course offers an in-depth examination of the evolving landscape of Employee Privacy Law. It explores key topics including surveillance at the workplace, electronic monitoring, data protection, social media privacy, medical and genetic information confidentiality, drug testing, and much more. Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of these complex and often controversial areas of law, focusing on current case law, statutory law, and the impact of emerging technologies.
