This specialized legal training course focuses on corporate strategies and legal mechanisms for responding to denied or restricted export license applications under U.S. export control regimes such as the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and sanctions enforced by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
Participants will gain hands-on experience in diagnosing the root causes of license denials, navigating inter-agency appeals and advisory opinion processes, managing commercial fallout, and realigning compliance operations and business models.
