This course is designed for students who wish to deepen their understanding of complex legal issues pertaining to corporations. It explores topics such as corporate governance, capital structure, mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation, bankruptcy, and international corporate law, with a special focus on contemporary challenges and case studies.
