CAPITAL MARKETS LAW
This course explores the legal framework governing capital markets, including securities regulations, corporate governance, and financial intermediaries. Students will examine the role of law in facilitating the efficient functioning of capital markets, and the legal challenges faced by market participants. Topics covered include securities offerings, insider trading, market manipulation, disclosure requirements, regulatory enforcement, and the regulation of investment funds.
