In today’s interconnected and highly visible business environment, every leader has a personal brand—whether intentionally developed or unintentionally created. A personal leadership brand is more than a professional image or online profile; it is the consistent combination of values, expertise, character, communication style, reputation, decision-making, and leadership behaviors that shape how others perceive and trust an individual. Strong leadership brands attract opportunities, inspire confidence, strengthen influence, and create lasting organizational impact.
Building a Personal Leadership Brand is a practical, executive-oriented course designed to help Junior MBA students intentionally develop an authentic leadership identity that enhances professional credibility and long-term career success. Rather than focusing on superficial self-promotion, the course emphasizes strategic self-awareness, executive presence, ethical leadership, communication, reputation management, networking, digital visibility, thought leadership, relationship building, and lifelong personal development.
Students will explore leadership identity, executive presence, credibility, personal values, storytelling, digital reputation, networking strategy, influence, thought leadership, emotional intelligence, artificial intelligence and personal branding, crisis reputation management, and legacy building.
