ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms and their role in modern law practice. Students will explore various ADR methods such as negotiation, mediation, arbitration, conciliation, and other emerging ADR practices. They will have an opportunity to delve deep into the comparative analysis of these methods, ethical considerations, institutional frameworks, the intersection of ADR and technology, and the role of ADR in different fields of law, including family law, labor law, and international law.
